What began with family beach cleanups grew into a mission to show that no act is too small and no one is too young to make a difference. Through educational programs, podcasts, school visits, and her children’s book Wave – A Sea Turtle’s Story, Liddy shares tools and stories that foster marine conservation and sustainable living from an early age. Save Sea Life, a Tybee Island–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, started when she was just seven years old. Inspired by family beach cleanups, she now leads community cleanups, turns trash into art and jewelry to fund school kits, and shares her message through a children’s book and podcast.
