Low Country Grit Return and Exchange Policy

At Low Country Grit, we are committed to ensuring your product satisfaction. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • Exceptions – From November 1st to January 15th, the return policy is 45 days.

If your return meets the above criteria, you may request a refund in the original form of payment. However, shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, we will process an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit at your preference.

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us at returns@lowcountrygrit.com to request an exchange authorization.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Once we receive and inspect the exchange, we will ship the new item at no additional shipping cost (for U.S. orders).
  • Exceptions – From November 1st to January 15th, the exchange policy is 45 days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Return or Exchange: Email returns@lowcountrygrit.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include your proof of purchase. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  3. Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your return within 5-7 business days and issue a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Additional Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so we recommend using an insured shipping method.
