Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Low Country Grit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking details for updates or contact the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes & Order Modifications

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
