Low Country Grit Shipping and Tracking Policy

At Low Country Grit, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping and tracking policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping times, and tracking details.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been successfully placed.

  • If there are any issues with your order, such as out-of-stock items or address verification, you will be notified promptly.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – Flat rate shipping for all domestic orders.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – Available at an additional cost.

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST for same-day processing.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99 (U.S. only).

  • Expedited and overnight shipping costs vary and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from that shipping carrier.

  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your email or by logging into your Low Country Grit account.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number within three business days, please contact us for assistance.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Low Country Grit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking details for updates or contact the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

  • If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we will attempt to update it.

  • We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.
